Bartell Drugs Online Pharmacy Experience and Apps

Bartell Drugs needed a new online pharmacy experience for the website as well as iOS and Android apps. Through the discovery process, we were able to ascertain the functional needs as well as accurately scope and provide process to project. The wireframe and design phases happened while the core back-end systems were being developed. We successfully launched the online experience in February 2107 and the iOS and Android apps followed April 2017. As of August of 2017, Bartell Drugs had over 15,000 new users. Fast-forward a few years and Bartell Drugs continued to use the system through 2021, until they were purchased by Rite Aid.
