Our house is a rambler located in the Greenwood neighborhood, walking distance to downtown Greenwood, just 2-3 blocks to Bus Route #5 (goes to downtown Seattle) and #45 (goes through Greenlake to the UW) and several parks. The house is almost 1800 sq ft and was remodeled in 2010 to offer modern, upgraded appliances and furnishings. This house has a very open floor plan, great for entertaining and is all on one level. There is plenty of street parking.
The house can comfortably sleep 8 people with 3 bedrooms, a den that has a full size pull-out sofa bed and 2.5 bathrooms. The dining room has a table that can seat 8-13 and a kitchen can sit up to 7 additional people at bar stools.
Greenwood is less than 6 miles north of the core of Downtown Seattle. The Greenwood neighborhood has many, diverse restaurant options. Our house is just a few blocks from downtown Greenwood and two grocery stores. Our home is also about 2 miles from Woodland Park Zoo and Greenlake and 4 miles to the University of Washington.
